By using CheckMyFluency you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
CheckMyFluency provides an adaptive language assessment aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The assessment provides an estimated CEFR level based on your performance across reading, listening, writing and speaking tasks.
CheckMyFluency is not an official CEFR certification. Results are estimates intended to give you a useful indication of your language level and should not be used as official proof of language ability for employment, immigration or academic purposes.
Your overall estimated CEFR level is provided free of charge. Detailed results including individual skill scores, per-answer feedback and a downloadable PDF report are available for a one-time payment of $9.99 USD.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a payment you authorise Leptin LLC to charge $9.99 USD to your payment method.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

The speaking section of the assessment requires access to your device microphone. By granting microphone access you consent to your voice being recorded for the purpose of scoring your speaking response. Recordings are processed and discarded immediately after scoring.
CheckMyFluency is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that assessment results will be error-free. Language assessment involves inherent subjectivity and results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leptin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CheckMyFluency. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CheckMyFluency after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
